Refund Policy

Once you have purchased your requested laboratory test kit from Private Diagnostics, the products are non-refundable. This policy is due to the sensitive nature of the contents of the kits.

However, you do have 24 hours in which to cancel your order to Private Diagnostics. If you cancel within this 24 hours from the time of your order, we will refund your money.

Private Diagnostics reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy at its discretion. It is the consumers’ responsibility to review this Refund Policy which is posted on the Private Diagnostics’ website as well as to check periodically for any revisions made to this policy.
